Detailed Technical Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Form Of Offered Equipment). 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Division Of The Order Into Parts, The Offer Should Be Submitted For The Entire Order.3. Designation Of The Subject Of The Order According To The Common Procurement Dictionary Cpv: 16310000-1 (Lawn Mowers)4. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party: 1) Brand New Flail Mower, Unused, Not Exhibited At Exhibitions, Technically Efficient And Ready For Work, 2) Working Width 125 Cm, 3) Kohler Diesel Engine, Water-Cooled, 3 Cylinders, 25 Hp, 4) Hydrostatic Drive, 4 Engines And 2 Hydraulic Pumps, 5) Basket Capacity 730 Liters,6) Weight Of The Machine With Mowing Unit 1,175 Kg,7) Transport Of Mown Material With An Auger,8) Mowing, Collecting Grass And Waste Into The Tank,9) Possibility Of Scarifying,10) Unloading The Basket At A Height Of 210 Cm,11) H77 Wing Knives Suspended On A Shackle,12) Road Lighting,13) Warning Light (Rooster),14) Lawn Tires 20X12.00-10-4 Pr.5. The Parameters Of The Self-Propelled Flail Mower Offered By The Contractor Cannot Be Worse Than Those Listed In Point 4 Of This Chapter.6. If The Contractor Offers An Equivalent Product, A Detailed Specification Of The Equivalent Product Should Be Submitted (Technical Descriptions, Manufacturers Company Information Materials Or Other Documents), Which Should Clearly Show The Ordering Party That The Offered Product Has The Same Or Better Technical, Quality, Functional And Operational Parameters In Relation To The Product Specified By The Ordering Party In Point 4 Above.7. Offering Equipment That Is Inconsistent With The Above Requirements Of The Ordering Party Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. 8. The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: 1) European Final Approval Or An Equivalent Document, 2) Delivery Of An Operating Manual For A Self-Propelled Flail Mower In Polish, 3) The Offered Self-Propelled Flail Mower Must Be Adapted To Be Stored Outdoors Or In A Garage Without Heating, 4) Conducting By The Contractor Training In The Operation Of A Self-Propelled Flail Mower, Diagnosis, Repairs And Maintenance Of A Self-Propelled Flail Mower At The Place Of Delivery For At Least 3 People.
