The Order Envisages The Removal Of Approximately 317.28 Mg Of Products Containing Asbestos From 59 Properties. 4.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Name(S) And Code(S)9065000-8-Asbestos Removal Services, 90512000-9-Waste Transport Services.4.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Organization And Security Of Contract Performance Sites, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And With Due Diligence And The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge, Guaranteeing The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In An Appropriate And Safe Manner, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations, In Particular Construction Law And Regulations Regarding The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos; 2) Before Transporting Waste - Securing Waste In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, 3) Weighing The Waste Indicated For Collection; 4) Confirmation Of Waste Acceptance From The Applicant Via A Protocol Collection Of Waste Containing Asbestos From Each Facility, Signed By The Applicant And The Contractor, Prepared In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Contract.
