The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Supply Of: 1) Medicines Marked With The Rx Symbol2) Medicines Marked With The Rpw Symbol3) Medicines Marked With The Otc Symbol4) Medical Devices5) Food For Special Medical Purposes.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure Timely Execution Of Deliveries. 2) Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, With Due Care, In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations And Standards. 3) Provide An Assortment Approved For Trading In The Republic Of Poland, Confirmed By The Ean (Drugs) And Ce (Medical Devices) Requirements, And Ensure That The Sold Assortment Is Free From Any Defects.
