The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Fruit And Vegetables To The Kombatant Social Welfare Home In Olsztyn, Ul. Fałata 23K, 10-211 Olsztyn Cpv: 03220000-9 Vegetables And Fruits Are Listed In The Appendix To The Offer And Price Form No. 1.1, Which Also Constitute Annexes To The Contract In Which The Product Range And Expected Quantity Of The Order Are Indicated. The Offer Must Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order, Otherwise The Offer Will Be Rejected As Not Corresponding To The Content Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers. The Food That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Quality Conditions In Accordance With Applicable Certificates, Polish Standards, Food Law And The Applicable Principles Of Gmp/Ghp, Gap And The Haccp System Or The Food Safety Management System In Accordance With Iso 22000:2005. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Guarantee Of The Health Quality And Durability Of The Delivered Food Until The Date Of Minimum Durability Or Use-By Date. The Delivered Products Should Comply With The Norms And Standards Specified In The Relevant Legal Provisions, Including The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1541, As Amended). The Delivered Assortment Must Be Free From Physical And Biochemical Damage That Reduces Its Utility Value. Vegetables And Fruits Should Have A Firm Surface Consistency Without Mechanical Damage And Traces Of Mold, Rotten Parts And Channels Left By Parasites. Smell Free From Mold And Musty, Characteristic Of A Given Species. Vegetables Should Not Contain Excess Inorganic Impurities, E.G. Sand, And Other Impurities, E.G. Stones, Straw, Wood, Are Unacceptable. The Surface Of Vegetables And Fruits Should Be Firm, Without Any Signs Of Dryness. The Quality Of The Delivered Fruit And Vegetables Cannot Raise Any Objections, The Vegetables And Fruits Must Be Fresh, The Assortment Should Be In Accordance With The Applicable Standards. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Presentation Of Appropriate Documents Confirming The Quality Of The Products For A Given Delivery.
