3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Reducing The Population Of Predatory Mammals By Shooting Them At The Game Breeding Center Of The Płaska Forest District In Żyliny In The Augustów Forest In The Hunting Year 2026/2027 As Part Of The Project Together For Nature - Protection Of Species And Habitats In Naturally Valuable Areas (Opl2), Co-Financed By The Feniks Program 2021-2027. It Will Be Carried Out By Shooting A Maximum Of 186 Predatory Mammals (I.E. Fox, Badger, Raccoon Dog, Pine And Domestic Marten, Mole, American Mink, And Jackal In The Case Of Occurrence In The Augustów Forest), In Accordance With Issued Authorizations For Individual Hunting, In The Area Of The Pgl Lp Game Breeding Center In The Płaska Forest District In Žilina (Hunting District No. 37 And 43) From Signing The Contract Until March 31, 2027. Hunting Takes Place In The Area Where The Capercaillie (Tetrao Urogallus) Occurs. Predation Reduction Is An Active Protection Measure For The Capercaillie And Is A Key Measure For The Protection Of This Species. Płaska Forest District In Žilina. Hunting Authorizations Will Be Issued Successively (On A Monthly Basis) As The Contract Is Completed. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Law. 3.3 Each Individual Predatory Mammal Obtained Must Be Recorded In The Individual Hunting Record Book. 3.4 Carcasses Of Animals Obtained As Part Of The Reduction Will Remain At The Contractors Disposal. As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Manage The Shot Game In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Randomly Inspect The Carcasses Of Shot Predators Within 24 Hours From The Time Of Collection. 3.5 The Contractor Will Indicate In The Offer At Least 10 People With Appropriate Authorizations To Carry Out Individual Hunting And A Permit To Possess Weapons.
