Tenders Are Invited For Ad Hoc Audits Of Development Services As Part Of Ensuring High Quality Of Services Provided Via The Development Services Database
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance In The Years 2026-2027 Of 60 (In Words: Sixty) Unannounced Audits Of Development Services Published In The Development Services Database Throughout The Country1) In The Scope Of The Basic Order 60 (In Words: Sixty) Audits Divided Into: 30 Audits In 2026 And 30 Audits In 2027. 2) In The Scope Of Option Rights Up To 50 Ad Hoc Audits Of Development Services, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Hereinafter: Opz). The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Within 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, And The Ordering Party Plans To Conduct 30 Audits In 2026 And 30 Audits In 2027. If Audits Are Not Carried Out In 2026 And 2027, The Unrealized Number Of Audits Will Be Transferred To 2028. The Ordering Party Provides For Settlement Of The Execution Of The Item, Among Others: Preparation Of The Protocol For The Last Settlement Period, Preparation Of The Protocol And Report Summarizing The Implementation Of The Service, Approval Of These Protocols And Report (Possibility To Submit Comments And Verification Of Corrections) And Make The Payment For The Last Settlement Period In 2028.2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Upzp. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right To The Extent Referred To In Section 1 Point 2) Above, Once Or Repeatedly By Ordering The Contractor To Perform A Maximum Of 50 Ad Hoc Audits Of Development Services. The Ordering Party Will Have The Opportunity To Exercise The Option Right To Terminate The Contract. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Carry Out Audits Under The Option Law. The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Payment Of Remuneration For The Number Of Audits Actually Completed And Documented.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce By 30% The Number Of Audits Referred To In Section 1 Point 1) Above (The Number Of Audits Will Be Rounded Down). The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Reducing The Number Of Audits Under The Basic Order By 30% (I.E. By 18 Audits).4. The Contract Will Be Implemented For 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Funds Allocated For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Exhausted, Depending On Which Event Occurs First.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Opz.
