The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Fish And Preserved Fish To The Police School In Piła In An Approximate Amount Of 4,150 Kg. The Full List Of The Assortment That Is The Subject Of The Supplies And The Maximum Quantity Of Ordered Products Are Given In The Assortment And Quantity Specification, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. This Attachment Is Part Of The Offer, And Therefore Must Be Submitted In The Form Prescribed For The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Appendix No. 4 To The Swz. With Reference To Art. 455 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Order With A Value Of Up To 50% Of The Gross Remuneration. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Or Legal Claims For Failure To Complete Part Of The Order. The Given Quantities Are Estimates And Do Not Oblige The Ordering Party To Purchase The Goods In These Quantities. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Certificate Of Entry In The Register Of Plants Subject To Official Control Of The Competent Authorities - In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And/Or The Act Of December 16, 2005 On Products Of Animal Origin (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 872). The Contractor Must Be Subject To Constant Supervision By The Competent Authorities. The Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Provisions Of Law Regarding The Production And Circulation Of Food. Each Product Must Be Manufactured And Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Haccp System. Shelf Life: The Contractor Will Guarantee That He Will Deliver The Ordered Assortment In Accordance With The Order With An Expiration Date Ensuring Safe Use Of The Delivered Products. The Minimum Shelf Life Required By The Ordering Party Was Specified By The Ordering Party In Column No. 8 Of The Product And Quantity Specification, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Order Will Be Implemented Successively From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until December 31, 2026 Or Until The Total Gross Remuneration Under The Contract Is Exhausted. Planned Date Of Commencement Of The Contract: April 1, 2026. Deliveries Of Goods Will Take Place Up To 3 Times A Week From Monday To Friday From 600 To 1000 . In Justified Cases, The Ordering Party May Require Delivery Of Goods Also On Saturdays Between 6 A.M. And 10 A.M. In Exceptional Situations, Delivery Hours May Be Changed Due To Changes In The Students Class Schedule.
