The Subject Of The Order Is A Delivery In The Form Of Operational Leasing With An Option To Purchase An Agricultural Tractor With Accessories: A Boom Mower With A Mowing Head, A Snow Plow, A Salt Spreader, A Road Sweeper.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Fully Functional And Meet The Quality And Technical Standards Resulting From Its Function And Purpose. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4. Together With The Vehicle And Accessories, The Contractor Will Provide A Set Of Documents In Polish Necessary For Their Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose And Will Train The Ordering Partys Employees (Min. 2 People).5. The Costs Of Delivery And Training Are Fully Borne By The Contractor.6. Place Of Delivery Of The Tractor And Accessories: Ul. Priest Mariana Pałęgi 41, 32-091 Michałowice Or Other Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Michałowice Commune.7. Operating Leasing Parameters Variable Interest Rate (Applies To The Entire Subject Of The Order: Tractor With Accessories): 1) Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Calculated Assuming A Variable Base Rate Based On The Wibor Rate For 1-Month (1M) Deposits And The Margin Used By The Contractor - The Value Of Leasing Installments Will Change With The Change In The Wibor 1M Base Rate. 2) For Calculation (Preparation Of Offers), Wibor 1M = 3.83% As Of March 12, 2026 Should Be Used. 3) The Operating Leasing Agreement Will Be Concluded For 60 Months - The Repayment Period Of Leasing Installments, 4) 10% Initial Payment, 5) 59 Leasing Installments, 6) 1% Buyout, 7) No Other Additional Costs Are Expected, 8) Purchase Of The Leased Item For The Final Fee, After Payment Of All Receivables Arising From The Concluded Leasing Agreement, 9) Leasing Currency - Pln, 10) The Equipment Will Be Insured By The Lessee.
