1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aids And Equipment As Part Of The Project Entitled: Improving The Quality Of Education At The John Paul Ii Primary School In Domaniewice - Part I: Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aids And Equipment. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Specification Of The Type And Quantity Of Assortments Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To This Tor - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Applies To The Part I3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Terms Of Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Agreement And Will Bear The Full Risk Of Its Loss Or Damage Until It Is Accepted By The Ordering Party. Upon Receipt By The Ordering Party, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol, The Entire Risk Of Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Passes To The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Order, Including The Course And Timely Execution, Quality, Compliance With Technical And Quality Conditions And Applicable Regulations.
