1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Security Services For The Ordering Partys Property Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 5 Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property, Which Should Cover Property Located On The Premises Of The Central Sports Center - Olympic Preparation Center In Wałcz. The Protection Referred To In The First Sentence Will Be Performed As Follows: 1) Direct Physical Protection Of The Ordering Partys Property With The Reception Desk Staff, Provided 24 Hours A Day By At Least One Person; 2) Informing The Ordering Partys Reception About Vehicle Entries At Night; 3) Cooperation With Fire Signal Monitoring Systems In The Stadion Sports Dormitory Building, Including Information About Temporary System Shutdowns, Confirmation Or Cancellation Of Fire Alarms, Activation Or Deactivating The System;4) Taking Immediate Intervention Actions In The Event Of Activation Of Fire Alarms, In Accordance With The Applicable Fire Regulations;5) Ensuring A Preventive Patrol Including One Visit To The Premises Of Complex A, Complex B, Apiary And The Judges Pavilion With The Regatta Track Every Day From 10.00 - 19.00 And One Arrival At The Premises Of Complex A, Complex B, Apiary And The Judges Pavilion With The Regatta Track Every Day From 24.00 - 7.00 (The Ordering Party Allows Subcontracting); 6) Ensuring An Intervention Patrol With Travel Time Between 7.00 – 20.00 Up To 10 Minutes, From 20.00 – 7.00 Up To 5 Min. (The Ordering Party Allows Subcontracting);7) Use Of A Monitoring System With Viewing And Recording Of Recordings From The Date Of Their Protocol Submission To The Date Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Order;8) Knowledge Of The Layout Of Rooms And Escape Routes In Individual Buildings And On The Ordering Partys Premises, Knowledge Of The Location And Ability To Operate Main Power And Fire Switches, Water Valves And Switches Of Voltage Maintaining Devices On The Ordering Partys Premises, Knowledge Of Telephone Numbers To The Technical Emergency Service, Service Stations And Functionaries Facility;9) Isolating Strays Or Wild Animals In Order To Hand Them Over To Appropriate Entities;10) Properly Responding To Possible Sudden And Emergency Situations Related To Installations, In Particular: Fire Protection, Burglary, Electrical, Central Heating, Water And Sewage, Computer;11) Close Cooperation With A Person Designated By The Ordering Party In The Field Of Protection, Safety And Order At The Ordering Partys Premises, As Well As Daily Reporting On Any Noticed Damages, Defects And Irregularities;12) Running An Information Desk And Providing Information To Interested Parties And Directing It To Appropriate Organizational Units;13) Supervising The Movement Of Vehicles Within The Center And The Operation Of The Parking System, In Particular: A) Taking Immediate Intervention Actions In The Event Of Any Faults, B) Properly Responding To Possible Sudden And Emergency Situations Related To The Operation Of The Pa
