The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project, Co-Financed By The European Union And The State Budget, Which Determines The Need To Achieve A Coherent And Integrated Data Protection System And The Management Of The Ordering Partys Ict Infrastructure.2) The Scope And Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 10 And No. 11 To Swz.3) The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Grant Project Ensuring Cybersecurity In The Pomiechówek Commune Office Under The European Regional Development Fund (Erdf), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Action 2.2. Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
