Tenders are invited for Ai Project In Customer Care

Tenders are invited for Ai Project In Customer Care Salzburg Ag Aims To Develop A Structured Ai Program For Its Customer Care Department To Increase Efficiency, Scalability, And Service Quality. The Majority Of Customer Inquiries Focus On A Few Standard Topics (Invoices, Statements/Debits, Master Data), Which Are Currently Handled Manually, With Inconsistencies And A High Degree Of Knowledge Dependency. The Goal Of This Multi-Year Project Is The Complete Integration Of Ai Into Voice, Chat, And Email Channels, As Well As Into Central Backend Systems, To Create An Automated, Scalable, And User-Centric Customer Center In The Long Term. To Achieve This Vision In Customer Care, We Require Support In The Form Of Consulting Services (E.G., For Selecting The Most Suitable Ai Platform), As Well As Programming Services If Individual Ai Applications Are To Be Developed And Implemented By The Service Provider Itself. 72212480 (Development Of Sales, Marketing And Business Intelligence Software)
