The Assignment Concerns The Supply, Installation And Ready-For-Use Of Temporary Housing. The Intended Construction Location For The Temporary Housing Is At The Front Of The Existing School Building At Socrateslaan 24 In Zeist. The Demolition Of Socrateslaan 26 And The Removal Of The Greenery And Paving Are Not Included In This Assignment. For More Information, Please Refer To The Tender Guidelines. The Assignment Concerns The Supply, Realization And Subsequent Removal Of Temporary Educational Accommodation For Approximately 760 Students. The Temporary Accommodation Must Be Comparable In Size And Functional Design To The Clients Current School Accommodation, With A Total Gross Floor Area Of Approximately 5,218 M². The Additional Usable Areas Per Room Are Included In The Program Of Requirements As Included In Appendix 1. The Types Of Rooms And Surfaces Are Indicative And Based On The Current Situation.
