- - The Relocation And Demolition Of Existing Technical Volumes – Phase 1; A New Extension Along Rue Du Moulin, Which Will Accommodate 6 Living Units (A Living Unit Is Made Up Of 6 Residents);; The Planning Permit Includes A Second Phase, Which Is Not The Subject Of This Contract And Will Aim To Demolish And Rebuild The Existing Volume Which Is Established Between Rue De Virton And Rue Des Ecoles With A View To Accommodating 4 Additional Units. Generally Speaking, This Work Is Intended To Optimize The Conditions Of Accommodation, Care And Support But Does Not Lead To An Increase In Reception Capacity Or Staff – Whether Nursing Or Administrative Staff. The Project Aims To Guarantee Accessibility, Safety And Quality Of Infrastructure While Respecting Local Planning Regulations. The Project Does Not Result In A Change Of Use And Fits Into The Existing Built Environment Without Significant Impact On The Neighborhood Or The Environment. In Fact, Through These Interventions, The Urban Fabric Is Reconstituted At The End Of The Block To Give Greater Coherence To The Built Frontage Along The Streets Of Virton And Du Moulin. The Projected Size Of The Extensions Is Designed To Fit Into The Scale Of The Neighborhood In The Heart Of Which They Are Located.
