The Subject Of The Tender Is To Prepare An Expert Opinion On The Tribunes And Heating Elements Of The Main Project For The Reconstruction Of The Sillamäe Athletics And Football Stadium, Which Allows An Assessment To Be Made As To Whether The Main Project Parts Have Been Prepared In Such A Quality And In Such A Volume That The Future Main Construction Contractor Does Not Have A Justified Need To Replace Or Change The Project Solutions In Order For The End Result To Meet The Purpose Of The Procurer (I.E. The Future Main Contractor Must Not Have The Right To Request Additional Money, Referring To To An Incomplete Project) And To Assess Whether Measures To Reduce The Cost Of Construction Work Have Been Implemented As Much As Possible When Preparing The Parts Of The Main Project, And Whether The Possibilities Of The Project Budget Have Been Taken Into Account When Developing Project Solutions.
