The Deaf And Sign Language Truth And Reconciliation Process Between The State And Deaf And Sign Language Communities Started In June 2025. The Goal Of The Process Is To Identify And Document Historical Injustices Faced By Deaf And Sign Language People, Propose Measures To Eliminate The Discriminatory Structures Identified Today, Increase Knowledge And Awareness Of Sign Language Culture And Sign Languages About The Injustices That Have Occurred, And Create A Basis For Reconciliation For Construction Between Communities And The State. The Process Is Led By An Independent And Independent Secretariat Established In Connection With The Ministry Of Justice (Om). This Is A Translation Work In Which A Pair Of Translators (Deaf And Hearing) Produces An Audio Recording Based On Shadow Interpretation And Speech Interpretation. The Goal Is To Provide Translation Services With Permanence And Continuity Throughout The Process. Time. The Translation Process Of One Hearing Is Always Carried Out By The Same Translators From Start To Finish. Among The Goals Of The National Public Procurement Strategy, Financial Responsibility Is Taken Into Account In This Procurement. The Procured Service Is Divided Into Two Areas: Area 1 Translation Service Finnish Sign Language-Finnish Area 2 Translation Service Finnish-Swedish Sign Language-Swedish. The Tenderer Can Submit His Tender In Either One Or Both Areas. Framework Arrangements Will Be Established For Both Areas And Fixed-Term Contracts Will Be Concluded With Selected Suppliers, Which Will Expire On August 31, 2027.
