Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Light Sources For Properties

The City Of Kaarina Is Requesting A Quote For The Light Sources Of The Citys Properties, Delivered Inside The Locations. The Contract Period Starts On 1 May 2026 And Ends On 31 December 2027. The Contract Includes Two (2) One (1) Year Options. The Light Sources Are Ordered Per Site In Batches Of 1-200 According To Kaarinas Maintenance Program. The Light Sources Must Be Delivered Within Five Business Days Of The Order. Some Product May Change Or Become A Completely New Product During The Validity Of The Contract, And In This Case A Separate Offer For The New Product Will Be Requested From The Contract Supplier. Kaarinas Light Source Costs In 2025 Were Approximately 13,000 Euros. The Quantities Of Light Sources To Be Ordered Vary Each Year. Prices Per Light Source Are Binding Throughout The Contract Period. The Offer Form Shows An Alternative Led Version For Each Fluorescent Lamp. The Bidder Must Fill In The Unit Price Of The Product Either For Fluorescent Lamps And/Or Led Lamps. At Least One Supplier Is Selected For The Contract Period, And A Maximum Of Two Suppliers. Fluorescent Lamps And Led Lamps Have Their Own. Fluorescent Lamps And Led Lamps Are Compared Separately As Their Own Entities. The Provider Can Offer Both Types Of Lighting If He Wishes. Once Offered, The Lighting Type Must Be Available To The Customer For At Least The Actual Contract Period. The Supplier Must Be Able To Provide Technical Consultation By Coming To The Site Or By E-Mail Based On The Pictures.
