The Recording Must Contain The Same Program Content And Components Of The Broadcast (Components Means The Dvb Elements In The Broadcast, Various Subtitles And Audio Components) As It Was Sent In Linear Broadcast Distribution. Yle Has Decided That The Tv Reference Recording Will Be Purchased As A Saas Service (Software-As-A-Service). Yles Television Program Activities Are Primarily Regulated By The Law On Yleisradio Oy (1380/1993). The Reference Recordings In Accordance With The Law Of Yles Linear Broadcast Programs Have Been Purchased As A Saas Service, Where Yles Staff Has Been Free To Watch The Broadcast Programs As They Are From The Recordings.
