The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Appoint An Auditor And His Or Her Deputy For Legal Audit And Certification Missions Of Union Retraites Accounts. The Service Includes Two Main Missions: - General Mission Of Legal Audit Of The Accounts: Relating To The Annual Certification Of Union Retraite, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L.823-9 Et Seq. Of The Commercial Code. - Additional And Special Missions (If Necessary): These Missions Relate To The Exercise Of All Due Diligence Directly Linked In Particular To The Certification Of The Annual Accounts... Generally Speaking, The Statutory Auditor Or His Deputy Are Required To Carry Out All Accounting And Audit Services In Order To Certify The Accounts Of The Retirement Union In Accordance With The Regulations In Force. The Alternate Auditor Will Intervene If The Holder Is Unable To Do So. The Description Of The Services And Their Technical Specifications Are Defined In The Special Technical Clauses (Cctp).
