The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Starter Batteries; Agm Batteries, As Well As Traction Batteries To Provide Additional Power Supply For Communication And Electronic Equipment (Including Tetra Systems) In Police Cars. The Quantities And Types Of Batteries For Delivery Are According To The Technical Specification Of The Order. The Indicated Quantities Are Approximate. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change And Not Declare The Estimated Quantities By Type And Volume, Without Any Adverse Consequences For It. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Delivers Only The Batteries Requested By The Contracting Authority By Type And Volume. The Contract Is Performed Through Periodic Deliveries After A Request From The Contracting Party. According To The Requirements Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, The Contract Is Concluded Subject To A Clause For Deferred Performance. The Execution Of The Contract Begins After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee. In Case Of Non-Presentation Of The Performance Guarantee Within The Term Specified By The Contracting Authority, Without The Presence Of Objective Reasons, The Contracting Authority Terminates The Contract. When, After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice. When, After The Expiration Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated.
