The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of A Site: Major Repair Of Inter-Block Spaces In Prostor District (North And South Of Mladost Street). The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of This Order: 1. Exercise Of Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 168 Of The Zut For The Site, The Subject Of This Order For The Time Of Implementation Of The Smr, In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project, The Technical Specification And The Contract, Through Qualified Specialists For The Relevant Project Parts. 2. Preparation Of The Final Report And Technical Passport For The Construction. The Contractor Performs Supervision During Construction Of All Types Of Cmr That Are Performed On The Site, In Accordance With The Legal Powers And Obligations Of The Contractor As A Person Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction. The Object Is The Iii Category, According To Art. 137, Paragraph 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code And Art. 6, Paragraph 6 Of Ordinance 1 /2003. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Contractors Technical And Price Proposal.
