Tenders Are Invited For Providing Transportation Of Patients In Need Of Dialysis Treatment From Their Homes To The Hemodialysis Department To Mbal - Dr. Asen Velev Ltd And Back
The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Transport For Patients In Need Of Dialysis Treatment From Their Homes To The Dialysis Treatment Department At Mbal - Dr Asen Velev Eood And Vice Versa. The Transportation Of Patients Is Carried Out On The Basis Of A Schedule Prepared In Advance By The Contracting Authority, Provided To The Contractor Within 5 Calendar Days Before The End Of Each Month For The Next. The Schedule Includes The Patients To Be Transported With Their Names, Addresses, Contact Phone Number, The Scheduled Number Of Dialysis Sessions For Each Patient And Their Exact Days And Times For The Month In Question. The Contractor Is Obliged To Strictly Follow His Presented Schedule For The Month, And The Patients Must Be Transported To The Dialysis Treatment Unit No Later Than 30 Minutes Before The Starting Time For Dialysis, Respectively, The Transportation From The Medical Facility To The Addresses Specified By Them Must Take Place No Later Than 30 Minutes After The End Time Of Dialysis. Transportation Of Patients Is Carried Out Including On Weekends And Holidays, Except For Sundays. The Participants Are Obliged To Carry Out The Transportation Of The Dialysis Patients With Cars That Meet All The Technical Requirements, According To The Normative And Administrative Acts. Participants Should Perform The Transport Service With Means Of Transport Providing The Possibility Of Transporting Patients In A Seated Position, Boarding An Individual Trolley And A Place For An Attendant. Patients Are Served On The Territory Of The Municipalities: Razlog, Bansko, Belitsa And Yakoruda, And The Transportation Is From The Addresses Specified By Them To The Department Of Dialysis Treatment At Mbal - Dr Asen Velev Eood (City Of Razlog, St. Cyril And Methodius St. No. 2) And Vice Versa. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From Its Award. The Performance Of The Service Includes The Transportation Of Dialysis Patients From Their Homes On The Territory Of Municipalities: Razlog, Bansko, Belitsa And Yakoruda To The Department Of Hemodialysis At Mbal - Dr Asen Velev Eood And Return, According To The Technical Specification - Appendix 1 To This Procedure. The Participant Submits Only One Offer, According To The Conditions Specified In The Participation Documentation, And No Variants Are Allowed.
