The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Insurance Services For The Needs Of The Financial Supervision Commission Under Separate Positions: Separate Position No. 1 - Insurance Of The Members And Employees Of The Administration Of The Financial Supervision Commission With Accident And Illness Insurances And Separate Position No. 2 - Insurance Of The Members And Employees Of The Administration Of The Financial Supervision Commission During Business Trips Abroad With Assistance When Traveling Abroad Insurance. Separate Position No. 2 - Insurance Of The Members And Employees Of The Administration Of The Financial Supervision Commission During Business Trips Abroad With Assistance For Travel Abroad Insurance Will Be Assigned According To The Order Valid For Its Individual Estimated Value, Under The Conditions Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Law On Public Procurement. In View Of The Above, Participants Should Submit Bids Only For Specific Position No. 1. The Object Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Group Insurance Service To The Members Of The Financial Supervision Commission (Fsc) And The Employees Of Its Administration, For A Total Of 289 Persons For A Period Of 1 Year, Starting From 00:00 On The Day Following The Day Of Signing The Contract. The Insurance Contract Will Be Concluded Without A Named List Of Insured Persons. Against A Paid Insurance Premium, The Insurer Provides Insurance Coverage To The Insured Persons On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria In The Following Cases: - Death As A Result Of A Work Accident; - Temporary, Permanently Reduced Or Lost Ability To Work, As A Result Of A Work Or Domestic Accident; - Per Diems For Hospital Stays, Medical Expenses And Consumables (Medications, Manipulations, Examinations, Surgical And Hospital Care), As A Result Of An Accident; - Expenses For Repatriation And Burial, As A Result Of An Accident; - Temporary, Permanently Reduced Or Lost Ability To Work Due To Illness; - Per Diems For Hospital Stays, Medical Expenses And Consumables (Medications, Manipulations, Examinations, Surgical And Hospital Care) As A Result Of Illness; - Repatriation And Burial Expenses Due To Illness.
