The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Claim Damages, Lost Profits Or Change In Unit Prices In The Event That The Employer Does Not Declare The Entire Estimated Quantity. Deliveries Will Be Made Periodically, Based On Specific Written Requests From The Contracting Authority Or Once, According To Its Needs, Within The Term Of The Contract And Until The Estimated Quantity Or The Intended Financial Resource Is Exhausted.
