Provision Of Marketing And Institutional Communication Services To Serve All Departments And Sectors Of The Municipality Of Santa Terezinha Do Progresso, For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, Comprising, At A Minimum: Complete Management Of The Municipalitys Official Social Networks; Minimum Production Of 20 (Twenty) Monthly Posts To Publicize Institutional Actions, Programs And Projects; Minimum Production Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Annual Institutional Videos; Minimum Production Of 40 (Forty) Annual Graphic Arts Designated For Campaigns, Programs, Uniforms And Various Institutional Materials; Creation Or Update Of Up To 5 (Five) Institutional Logos Per Year, When Requested By The Administration; Capturing Aerial Images With A Duly Regularized Drone, When Necessary For Institutional Actions; Comprehensive In-Person Coverage Of The Main Institutional Events Promoted By The Municipality, To Be Communicated In Advance By The Municipal Administration, And The Contractor Must Carry Out Photographic And Audiovisual Recordings From The Beginning Until The End Of The Event, Regardless Of The Time Of The Event (Morning, Afternoon Or Evening), As Well As The Day Of The Week, Including Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays, When Applicable; The Designated Professional Must Remain In The Municipality, At Minimum, 8 (Eight) Hours Per Week, To Provide In-Person Assistance To Municipal Administration Sectors; The Company Must Have Professional Equipment For Capturing And Editing Audio And Image, Including Cameras With 4K Recording, Properly Regulated Drone, Professional Microphones And Professional Video Editing Software
