Prior Information Notice For Road-Repair Works – Works To Increase The Quantity Of Forest Roads With Artificial Surface In Forests Of National Importance. The Procurement Will Be Divided Into 77 (Seventy Seven) Parts Of The Procurement Object (Hereinafter Referred To As P.O.D). Forest Roads Or Road Sections Will Be Repaired In The Specified Facilities. The Contract Works Will Have To Be Performed According To The Technical Parameters Provided By The Buyer (1-65 P.O.D According To The Submitted Specific Lists Of Work Quantities And Road Diagrams, 66-77 P.O.D According To The Specific Rates Set At The Time Of Purchase - For Objects Not Foreseen In Advance). The Road Surface Will Be Strengthened From A Mixture Of Gravel And Crushed Stone With A Thickness Of At Least 6-12 Cm, Profiling And Compacting The Surface. Gravel And/Or Crushed Stone Must Be Used In Fractions Not Smaller Than 0/45. In The Mixture Of Gravel And Crushed Stone, Crushed Stone Must Make Up At Least 15 Percent. Mixture. Ground Concrete From Recycled Building Materials Without Metal And Other Foreign Impurities Can Be Used Instead Of Crushed Stone. The Maximum Deadline For Repair Works Is 60 Working Days From The Submission Of The Work Order. The Works Will Have To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Construction Law, Technical Regulations And Other Legal Acts Regulating Construction Activities (Norms, Rules), In Accordance With Prepared Lists Of Work Quantities, Schemes, Established Rates And Technical Specifications. The Price Of The Offer Must Include The Cost Of Manpower, Mechanisms, Work And Materials, Taxes, Insurance, Transportation And All Other Expenses Due To The Contractor In Accordance With The Laws And Other Legal Acts Of The Republic Of Lithuania. The Contractor Will Have To Have The Appropriate Equipment To Ensure The Execution Of The Work. The Procurement Of Works Will Be Carried Out According To Green Criteria.
