This Contract Is Part Of The Project To Reconstruct The 63 Kv Electrical Substation In Arly, Located In The Town Of Ugine (Savoie), Carried Out By Rte As Part Of Its Policy Of Renewal And Modernization Of Its Works. The New Site Will Host A Metal-Encased Substation (Psem), Connected To Existing Lines By An Underground Gallery Of Approximately 300 Meters. This Requirement Concerns The Design (Studies) And Supply Of Metal Structures (Poles + Consoles) To Support Electrical Cables Of 8 63Kv Connections (Also Called Tri-Cable) And Ancillary Cables (Telecommunication, Lv, Lighting, Ventilation, Presence, Etc.) In The Underground Gallery (Constant Section Of Approximately 4 M In Diameter Over A Length Of 320 M) And A Basement Of An Electrical Building (Approximately 50 M Long), All Two Under Construction. The Service Provider Will Be Responsible For Precisely Defining The Measurements Of The Support Devices To Be Installed In The Gallery And In The Basement Of The Building. The Service Provider Must Ensure The Compatibility Of Its Structures With The Environment Of The New Gallery And The Basement Of The Building. The Proposed Structure Must Be Durable For A Lifespan Of 100 Years. The Study Will Include The Definition Of Dimensions, Materials And Implementation Constraints. The Dimensioning And Behavior Of The Structure Must Comply With The Calculation Rules Of The Eurocodes. Its Design Must Allow Installation To Comply With Current Standards And Safety Requirements. The Materials Must Be Delivered Before The End Of 2027, To The Ugine Site. Transport To The Rte Site (Ugine) Is Included In The Contract.
