As A Federal Authority, The Federal Roads Office (Fedro) Is Responsible For Ensuring The Full Application Of The Federal Legislation In Force, In Particular The Provisions Relating To Protection Against Noise Along National Roads. This Contract Concerns Support Office Services For The Project Owner (Bamo) Intended To Support And Advise The Project Owner In The Exercise Of Its Responsibilities In Terms Of Road Noise Linked To National Roads. These Services Aim In Particular To Guarantee That Specialized Agents Carry Out Their Tasks In Accordance With The Rules Of The Art And Applicable Requirements. They Are Based On The Noise Manual As Well As The Directives, Manuals And Technical Documents Issued By Fedro And The Federal Office For The Environment (Foen). They Also Include The Assessment Of The Quality And Conformity Of The Work Carried Out. The Services To Be Provided Relate To The Following Areas: - Control Of Acoustic Status Readings (Zel): Verification, Compliance, Reliability And Critical Analysis Of Zels; - Update Of The Partial Noise Protection Program (Tpl): Annual Update Of The Database; - Management And Updating Of The Astra Lb Database: Management, Updating And Control Of The Road Noise Register; - Response Letters To Noise Complaints: Analysis, Response And Monitoring Of Complaints; - Advice And Technical Support On Noise: Technical Support, Project Owner Support And Noise Agents.
