Business Services: Law, Marketing, Consulting, Recruitment, Printing And Security – International Work Community Management Mentoring Program. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Planning, Implementation And Coordination Of The Mentoring Program Offered By Work In Finland To Managers And Front-Line Employees Of Finnish Smes. The Supplier Is Responsible For Planning The Mentoring Program, Facilitating Mentoring, Forming Mentoring Pairs, Participant Communication, And The Live And Remote Coaching Included In The Program. Procurement Is Carried Out In Close Cooperation With The Customer. The Customer Is Involved In Every Phase Of The Procurement And Also Participates In The Implementation Of The Procurement In Certain Phases (E.G. Marketing And Communication, Events Are Held At The Customers Premises, Etc.). The Subscriber Always Makes The Final Decisions Regarding Matters Related To The Mentoring Program Before Their Implementation. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders (Description Of The Object Of Procurement). One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected As The Executor Of The Procurement. The Planned Start Date Of The Contract Period Is September 1, 2026. The Supplier And The Customer Will Actually Start Planning The 2027 Mentoring Program And Other Related Measures In October 2026.
