Repair And Maintenance Services Of Playground Equipment – Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Playgrounds And Outdoor Sports Equipment In The City And The Ccas. The Framework Agreement Is A Composite Framework Agreement (A Purchase Order Part And A Regular Market Part). Thus, The Market Is Made Up Of: - An Ordinary Part For Preventive Maintenance Services; - Another Part Within The Framework Of Purchase Orders, With A Maximum, In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code, For Corrective Maintenance Services. The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices. The Contracts Mission Is To Provide Annual Preventive Maintenance (4 Visits Per Year) And A Corrective Maintenance Service (Repair, Change Of Parts, Restoration Of Soft Floors, Etc.). The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 1 Year From The First Of The Month Following Notification.
