The Main Services Included Are: * Approx. 3,920.00 M2 Of Substrate Preparation * Approx. 3,200.00 M Of Installation Of Edge Insulation Strips * Approx. 170.00 Pieces Of Steel Frame Sealing * Approx. 630.00 M2 Of Linoleum Floor Delivery And Installation * Approx. 3,290.00 M2 Of Carpet Delivery And Installation * Approx. 3,290.00 M Of Skirting Boards The Following Apply Minimum Requirements For The Suitability (Performance) Of The Bidders: * Annual Turnover Of The Last Three Years: At Least Eur 700,000 Per Year * Total Number Of Employees At The Time Of Submitting The Offer: At Least 10 * Reference Projects: At Least One Completed Reference Project As An Office Building With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 300,000 (Net) And Also At Least Two Completed Reference Projects With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 150,000 (Net) Each.
