The Cleaning And Maintenance Service Of Outdoor Spaces Includes The Locations Of The Central Market, The Brajda Market And The Zamet Market, As Well As Other Tasks Specified In The Technical Specification. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Procurement And The Type And Scope Of Services, As Well As Special Requirements Related To Their Execution, Are Determined In Detail In The Technical Specification (Appendix 3) And Graphic Representations Of External Spaces (Appendix 4), Which Form An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation. The Offeror Is Obliged To Provide The Service With His Means Of Work, Consumables (Specified In The Technical Specification) In The Quantity Specified In The Technical Specification, Which Is Necessary For The Orderly Execution Of The Services, Adhering To The Standards And Quality Of Service Execution As Well As The Standards And Rules Of The Profession. The Selected Tenderer Will Perform The Cleaning Service With Available Employees, And The Cost Of All Cleaning Materials And Equipment Provided By The Tenderer Must Be Included In The Price Of The Service. Quality Control Of The Service Performed: The Client Has The Right To Conduct Daily Or Random Internal Quality Control Of The Service Performed. After The Inspection, A Report On The Inspection And Inspection Of The Service Performed Will Be Drawn Up. In Case Of Dissatisfaction With The Service Provided, The Client Will Immediately Inform The Selected Bidder And It Will Be Necessary To Take Corrective Actions. If, During The Execution Of The Contract, There Is A Violation Of The Provisions Of The Contract, I.E. If It Is Determined That The Service Is Not Satisfactory And Does Not Correspond To The Required Quality Of Service, The Client Has The Right To Unilaterally Terminate The Contract With A Notice Period Of 30 Days And The Payment Of A Guarantee For The Proper Fulfillment Of The Contract.
