The Subject Of The Order Is The Creation Of An Initial Database Of The Geodetic Record Of Terrain Utility Networks (Gesut) For The Area Of The Cadastral Unit - The City Of Włocławek, With A Total Area Of 8,508 Ha. The Order Includes Two Inseparable Stages: Stage I - Analysis Of The Resource Materials And Creation Of The Initial Gesut Database. The Scope Includes In Particular: - Analysis And Verification Of The Materials Of The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource (Basic Maps, Technical Reports, Bdot500, Egib Databases, Industry Materials), - Identification, Classification And Modeling Of Gesut Objects In Accordance With The Applicable Application Scheme, - Creation The Initial Gesut Database In Numerical Form, - Ensuring Topological, Geometric And Attribute Coherence Of The Data, - Preparing The Database For The Reconciliation Stage. Stage Ii - Agreement Of The Initial Gesut Database With The Entities Managing The Networks. The Scope Includes: - Carrying Out The Procedure Of Agreements With The Administrators Of The Land Infrastructure Network, - Registration And Handling Of Comments, Reservations And Corrections Submitted By The Administrators, - Updating And Correction Of The Initial Gesut Database, - Preparation Of Data For Admission To The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource. The Order Also Includes All Auxiliary Activities, Studies, Statements, Reports And Formal And Legal Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. Guarantee And Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order - In Accordance With The Offer Presented By The Contractor, But Not Less Than 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report And Not More Than 72 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.
