Software Maintenance And Repair Services – Post-Warranty Hardware And Software Support Of Barco Display Walls In Tsu And Tsu. The Public Order Includes Post-Warranty Hardware And Software Support For 5 Display Walls In Tsdu And Tsu, Manufactured By Barco, For A Period Of 12 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract. Post-Warranty Maintenance Includes: 1. Hardware Maintenance - Includes Diagnosis, Repair Or Replacement Of Any Defective Module And/Or Spare Part, As Well As Replacement, If Necessary, Of All Consumables (Air Filters And Other Consumables, If Any) Necessary For The Full Functioning Of The Wall. If It Is Necessary To Diagnose And/Or Replace A Given Consumable, Module Or Spare Part During The Validity Of The Contract, Its Diagnosis And Replacement Is Entirely At The Expense Of The Contractor Under The Contract. 2. Software Support – Includes Diagnosing And Fixing A Problem In The Operating System And All Applications Installed According To The Manufacturers Instructions Necessary For The Full Functioning Of The Wall. Changing The Software And/Or Firmware Version Of The Equipment Is Allowed Only In The Case Of A Change To A Newer Version, And The Change Is Made Only By Prescription Of The Equipment Manufacturer. If Such A Change Is Required During The Term Of The Contract, It Shall Be Carried Out At The Contractors Expense And Shall Not Affect The Scada/Ems Software Of The Control System. All Other Activities, The Subject Of The Order, Are Carried Out Seven Days A Week, Between 08:00 And 22:00, After Sending A Request By The Employer To The E-Mail Address Specified In The Offer, By Fax Or By Telephone. The Type And Model Of The Devices And The Software Installed On Them, Subject To Post-Warranty Support, Are Described In Point 4 Of Section I Technical Specifications, Table 1 And Table 2 Of The Tender Documents
