The Total, Forecast (Planned) Gas Consumption Is 41,160,874 Kwh. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Also Called Opz). 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Submit The Said Evidence Along With The Offer. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer A Declaration Of Non-Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure, Valid As Of The Date Of Submission Of Offers, In The Form Of The Single European Procurement Document (Spd) In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To Swz 6. Gdpr (Information Obligation And Obligation To Apply): Information Regarding The Protection Of Natural Persons In Connection With The Processing Of Personal Data And On The Free Movement Of Such Data Is Specified In Chapter Xxiii Of Swz 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 8.
