Prior Information Notice For Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Execution Of Road Passenger Transport Services On The Fluo Grand Est 55 Network. The Procedure Will Be Subject To An Allotment. The Purpose Of The Procedure Is The Implementation From September 1, 2028 Or, Failing That, From The 1St Day Of The 2028-2029 School Year, Of Regular Road Passenger Transport Services By Coach Intended, Primarily, For School Users Open To The Public As Well As Regular Road Passenger Transport Services By Coach On The Fluo Grand Est 55 Network. The Geographical Sectors To Be Served Are Mainly Located In The Meuse Department (55). It Should Be Noted That Certain Lines Will Also Serve Municipalities In The Departments Of Meurthe Et Moselle (54), Haute-Marne (52) And Marne (51). The Fluo Grand Est 55 Network Transports 4,300 Primary School Students, 4,000 Middle School Students And 3,200 High School Students Daily. For The Transport Of These School Users, The Service Consists Of The Daily Implementation, Following The School Calendar, Of A Service From The Students Homes To Their Educational Establishments As Well As A Regular Service Of Passengers. Regarding Regular Lines, These Services Run All Year Round Or During Seasonal Periods Depending On The Sites Served. The Number Of Vehicles Assigned To The Operation Is Estimated At Around 180. The Elements Indicated Above Are Likely To Vary Depending On Actual School Attendance At The Time The Procedure Is Launched.
