With The Formalization Of This Contract, The Aim Is To Comply With Municipal Powers Regarding Animals That Live In The Human Environment. The Service Of Collection, Transfer, Storage And Management Of Adoptions Of Stray, Lost Or Abandoned Animals Is Included, As Well As The Veterinary Care They Require, The Management Of Feline Colonies And Birdlife In The Municipality Of Campos. It Is, Therefore, A Matter Of Complying With The Powers Of The Campos City Council In Matters Of Animal Welfare Attributed By State Law 7/2023, Of March 28, On The Protection Of The Rights And Well-Being Of Animals And Law 1/1992, Of April 8, On The Protection Of Animals That Live In The Human Environment, Of The Autonomous Community Of The Balearic Islands, By Signing A Service Contract Because This City Council Does Not Have Technical And Human Means. Appropriate To Exercise This Competence.
