A New Motor Vehicle Is Considered To Be A Motor Vehicle That Has Not Been Used In Operation By Another User, The Month Of Manufacture Is No Older Than Six (6) Months As Of The Day Of The Protocol Handing Over Of The Motor Vehicle For Operation To The Contracting Authority, And At The Same Time The Speedometer Reading Is Not More Than Five Hundred (500) Kilometers Driven (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract).
