The Penitentiary Institution (Pi) Ter Peel Is Located In Evertsoord, Municipality Of Horst Aan De Maas. The Institution Is Part Of The South-East Cluster Of The Custodial Institutions Agency (Dji) And Is One Of The Three Institutions In The Netherlands Where Only Female Detainees Reside. Pi Ter Peel Has Various Regimes, Including A House Of Detention (Hvb), A Limited Security Institution (Bbi), A Very Limited Security Institution (Zbbi) And A Department For Mothers With Young Children (Mmk). The Complex Consists Of Several Buildings With Various Functions And Security Levels. The Project Involves Work On Several Buildings On The Site. This Work Includes Architectural, Finishing And Installation Technical Components, With The Emphasis On Installation Technology. Water And Recirculation Pipes Will Be Replaced And Air Handling Units Will Be Completely Renovated.
