The Subject Of The Procurement Is Hotel Accommodation For The Officials Of The Customs Administration In The Area Of ​​The City Of Zagreb In Accommodation Units In The Area Of ​​The City Of Zagreb With Breakfast Service And Available Parking Spaces Within The Hotel. The Accommodation Facility (Hotel) Must Contain A Minimum Of Thirty (30) Accommodation Units For The Accommodation Of Thirty (30) People In A Separate Room And Categorized With At Least Three (3) Stars, The Rooms Must Be Air-Conditioned With A Tv And Internet Access In The Room. The Service Is Performed In Accordance With The Valid Standards In The Hotel And Catering Industry, Which Includes Adequate Heating Of The Space, Changing Of Bed Linen At Least Once A Week, Towels Twice A Week, And Daily Maintenance Of The Cleanliness Of The Used Spaces. The Actual Procured Quantity Based On The Concluded Public Procurement Contract May Be Greater Or Less Than The Estimated Quantity, And Will Depend On The Actual Need Of The Client During The Duration Of The Contract On Public Procurement Of The Service. The Approximate Amount Of Procurement Items Is In Accordance With Annex No. 2. – The Cost Sheet, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Client Reserves The Right To Visit The Bidders Location Where The Service Is Performed, And In Case Of Inadequate Conditions For Accommodation, The Bidders Bid Will Be Rejected. The Customer Undertakes To Inform The Selected Bidder About The Exact Amount Of The Accommodation Service At Least Two (2) Weeks Before The Accommodation Date. The Selected Tenderer Reserves The Right Not To Meet The Clients Needs Without Charging Contractual Fines Or Penalties In Case Of Full Capacity.
