The New Spatial Concept Entails An Adjustment For The Entire Floor Including The South Wing, As The Station Processes For Operating The North Wing Have To Be Reorganized. This Applies To The Following Rooms: 1.39 Laundry Storage, 1.20 Parent Stay/Play. To Connect The New Areas To The Existing Building, Suspended Ceilings Are Dismantled And Reinstalled, Including In The Hallways. In Order To Create The Necessary Escape Routes, The Temporary External Staircase Will Be Replaced By A Permanent External Staircase As Part Of The Renovation. Currently, In The Event Of An Infection, The Shared Bathrooms Must Be Closed To The Non-Infected Side. In The Clinical Ventilation Areas On The Ground Floor, 2 Patient Bathrooms Are Shared, Creating 4 Patient Bathrooms. The Changed Load Transfer Requires The Installation Of An Additional Support In The Area Where The Parents Stay. In Individual Areas, Interventions In The Existing Tga Installations Are Necessary. To Do This, Existing Ceilings Must Be Opened And Closed Again. Steel Beams And Steel Columns On All Floors Receive A Fire Protection Coating. The External Staircase Including A Fire Protection Bulkhead In Lightweight Construction Is Intended As A Steel Stringer Staircase With Grating Steps And Platforms.
