Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Ocean Pier, Phase 1, Overall Contract. The Contract Includes The Works Of Construction Of The Valtemerilaituri Phase 1 In The Scope Indicated In The Contract Documents. The Contract Includes E.G. Shore Structure Repair Work, Construction Of A Shore Wall Structure To Be Drilled And Piled, Pile Slab To Be Driven With Piles, Underwater Excavation Work And Construction Of Erosion Protection, Construction Of Ykt Pipes And Kymp Water Main, As Well As Temporary Surface Structures With The Boundaries Shown In The Contract Boundary Drawings. The Works According To The Contract Documents Must Be Ready And Received, And The Inspections Required By The Authorities And Inspecting Institutions Must Be Approved By 15 November 2027. The Type Of Contract Is An Overall Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor Acting As The Main Contractor As Defined By Yse And Finnish Legislation. The Contractor Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Site Services. On March 7, 2017, The Ykt Parties Signed A Cooperation Agreement Under The Name Joint Municipal Engineering Site, In Which The City Of Helsinki Is Named As The Main Customer And The Other Contracting Parties As Customers. In This Agreement, The Ykt Parties Are E.G. Agreed On The Appointment Of A Joint Safety Coordinator According To Vna 205/2009. All Responsibilities Of The Main Contractor Mentioned In The Commercial Documents Of This Contract Are Transferred From The Customers Of The Ykt Site To The Main Contractor. Section 1.7 Of The Contract Program Lists The Developers Ykt Parties, And Section 3.4 Lists Separate Contracts And Other Procurements By The Developer. The Procurement Limits Of The Ykt Parties Are Also Specified In The Contract Limit Appendix. In Addition To The Works According To The Plans Mentioned In The List Of Documents, The Contract Includes Site Management Duties And Site Services, Which Apply To The Separate Contracts Of Section 1.8 And The Developers Separate Procurements Of Section 3.4 And The Procurement Limits Of The Ykt Parties Presented In The Contract Limit Appendix. The Work Is Done As A Total Price Contract. The Construction Site Will Be Implemented In Its Entirety As A Low-Emission Construction Site, The Requirements Of Which Can Be Found In Section 4.2 Of The Contract Boundary Appendix. The Amounts Shown In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer. The Bidder Who Gave The Most Economical Offer In Terms Of Overall Economy Will Be Selected As The Contractor. From An Overall Economic Point Of View, The Offer That Is The Cheapest Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Bidder Set By The Developer Is The Cheapest. A Subcontractor/Subcontractor Of A Contractor Who Is In A Contractual Relationship With The Customer Has The Right To Subcontract/Subcontract The Work Further. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Written Consent Of The Customer/Builder Must Be Obtained.
