Engineering Design Services – Preparation Of A Technical Design For The Renovation And Development Of The Floor In The Longitudinal Lill And Transverse Lebzeltern To The Słowacki Chamber On The Kazanów Master Plan. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Renovation And Development Of The Track And Floor In The Longitudinal Lill And Transverse Lebzeltern On The Kazanów Interlevel In The Underground Part Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine Plant, Hereinafter Referred To As The Design Documentation, And To Exercise Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Provided For In The Design Documentation. 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop A Technical Design For The Renovation And Development Of The Track And Floor In The Longitudinal Lill And Transverse Lebzeltern, Hereinafter Referred To As The Technical Design, Agree On The Technical Design With The Ordering Partys Services And With The Conservator Of Monuments Of The Krakow Saltworks (Hereinafter Referred To As Kzkżs), And Then Obtain Approval Of The Agreed Technical Design By The Operations Manager Of The Plant Mining Salt Mine Wieliczka (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), 2) Obtaining Permission From Kzkżs To Perform The Works Covered By The Technical Design - Kzkżs Operates In Accordance With The Agreement Of June 21, 2017 On Entrusting The Management Of Certain Matters Within The Competence Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Kraków (Journal Of Laws Of The Małopolska Province Of June 26, 2017 R., Item 4200), 3) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities, The Investors Cost Estimate And The Material And Financial Schedule For The Works Covered By The Technical Design. 3. As Part Of The Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Authors Supervision For A Maximum Of 96 Hours. 4. The Aim Of Mining Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Prepared Design Documentation Will Be To Improve The Aesthetics And Functionality Important For Tourist Traffic In The Road Headings. 5. Deadline For Completion Of The Order 5.1 The Subject Of The Order Should Be Completed Within The Following Dates: 1) Stage I - Within The Date Indicated By The Contractor In The Electronic Offer Form, With The Maximum Deadline For Completing Stage I Of The Subject Of The Order Being Up To 20 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, 2) Stage Ii - Within 48 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 5.2 The Agreement Is Concluded On The Day It Is Signed By Both Parties. 6.
