Any Additional Costs That May Arise Later Due To Ignorance Of The Location And The Transport Route Are Not Taken Into Account. All Areas And Paths Used By The Contractor Must Be Maintained, Cleaned And Repaired After Completion Of The Work While The Contractually Agreed Services Are Being Provided. Protective Measures Must Be Taken To Prevent Damage To Public Roads And Paths. Damage To The Land That Is Negligently Caused By The Contractor Or His Subcontractors During The Provision Of His Contractual Services Will Be Borne By The Contractor. Lounges During The Execution Of The Work Cannot Be Made Available On Site. The Contractor Must Ensure This On His Own Responsibility. In Order To Maintain Traffic And The Path Areas, They Must Be Kept In A Clean Condition Throughout The Entire Construction Period.
