Based On The Framework Agreement, The Contractor Is To Provide Transport And Storage Services For The Art Collection Based On Individual Orders. The Fulfillment Of The Tasks Requires The Highest Level Of Quality And Reliability As Well As Special Specialist Knowledge, As The Transport Goods Are Unique, Cannot Be Procured Again And Are Very Sensitive. For The Exhibitions, The Works Of Art Must Be Safely And Professionally Packaged, Transported And Temporarily Stored. The Transports Take Place In Particular Between The Exhibition Buildings And Storage Areas Of The Art Collection, But Also Nationally And Internationally In Order To Bring Items On Loan From Private And Public Lenders To Düsseldorf. The Contract Is Valid For The Period From August 1, 2026 To July 31, 2027. The Client Has The Right To Extend The Contract Three Times For One Year Each (Extension Option). The Extension Comes Into Effect Automatically Unless The Client Terminates The Contract In Writing (By Email, Fax Or Post) To The Contractor No Later Than Three Months Before The End Of The Contract. The Contract Ends On July 31, 2030 At The Latest.
