In The Area Of The Forum, The New Café Bar Is To Be Provided With A Drinking Water Supply And Wastewater Installation. A Lifting System Is Required For This; It Must Be Rebuilt And Professionally Integrated Into It. In Addition, A Drinking Bottle Filling Station Will Be Installed On The Upper Floor, For Which The Necessary Drinking Water Supply Lines Including Hygienic Safety Measures As Well As A Suitable Drainage Of Residual Wastewater Must Be Installed. No Sanitary Measures Are Required In The Area Of The Former Auditorium. 2.2 Heat Supply Systems (Kgr 420) In The Area Of The Forum, An Additional Tubular Radiator Will Be Added And An Existing Radiator Will Be Relocated According To The New Room Configuration. All Other Heating Installations Remain Unchanged. The Newly Created Work Area With The Integrated Toilet Facility Will Be Completely Heated Via New Underfloor Heating. Due To The Limited Floor Structure, The System For Low-Structure Underfloor Heating Defined In The Specifications Must Be Used. All Necessary Distribution Lines And Integration Into The Existing Heating Network Will Be Rebuilt.
