Expression of Interest for SkillUp Club - Change Management Description: This assignment is part of a broader IFC project aimed at enhancing the productivity and competitiveness of Croatian SMEs through the adoption of modern business practices. The project is structured in two phases: Phase I (SkillUp Bootcamp), a five-week training program covering AI, leadership, sector-specific skills, sustainability, and financing; and Phase II (SkillUp Club), an invitation-only initiative offering advanced resources and capacity building to the highest-performing Bootcamp graduates. Club members are CEOs from diverse sectors including manufacturing, food production, and IT. As part of the ongoing support offered to Club members, IFC is now seeking to provide targeted consulting services, including a workshop on change management.
