Buas Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Maintenance And Inspections Of Electrical Installations Of The 3 Buildings On Campus. The Contractor Must Carry Out The Assignment In Accordance With Chapter 1.3 Of This Tender Document And The Associated Program Of Requirements (Hereinafter Poe) In Appendix 4. The E-Installations Within The Scope Of This Tender Can Be Found In Appendix 6: Component List Of E-Installations. Buas Assumes An Estimated Total Order Value (Fixed Term Including Option Years) Of €525,000 (Excluding Vat). However, This Is Only An Indication From Which No Rights Can Be Derived. This Is Not A Fixed Budget. With A View To The Future, Buas Wants To Retain The Option To Expand The Current Gfa. This Means That, Without Being Able To Provide Concrete Or Explicit Figures, An Increase In The Number Of Installations May Be Necessary. For Strictly Formal Reasons, The Client Therefore Wishes To Rule Out The Possibility That The Estimated Value Will Be Exceeded If A Situation Such As This Occurs. The Estimated Value Of The Agreement Is Therefore Set At € 700,000 Excl. Vat.
