The General Objective Of The Contract Is To Support Evaluation Managers, In Order To Analyze The Evaluability Of Pr Centre, To Ensure The Quality Of The Impact Evaluation Study And To Develop The Program Evaluation Capacity Of The People Involved In This Activity By Facilitating The Exchange Of Experience. The Specific Objectives Of The Contract: - Realization Of A Study On The Evaluation Analysis Of The Central Region Program; - Realization Of The Quality Control Grids For The Pr Center Impact Assessment Study - Various Work Phases; - Supporting The Staff Of The Pr Center Evaluation Service (Se Pr Centru) In Managing The Evaluation Studies Provided For In The Multiannual Evaluation Plan (Pme) And In Carrying Out Other Program Evaluation Activities; - Organizing An Exchange Of Experience In An Eu Member State With Extensive Expertise In The Field Of Program Evaluation For The Members Of The Evaluation Coordination Committee And Other People Involved In The Field Of Program Evaluation; - Preparation Of A Concept For Disseminating The Evaluation Results To Interested Actors.
