The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Multimedia Projectors With Equipment, Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment, For Organizational Units Of The University Of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 32322000-6 (Multimedia Equipment), 32351000-8 (Accessories For Sound And Video Equipment), 32581100-0 (Data Cable). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Term Successive Delivery Should Be Understood As Placing Partial Orders In Stages Electronically, Through The Internal Ordering System Of The University Of Gdańsk, By Individual Organizational Units Of The University Of Gdańsk. 5. Place Of Equipment Delivery: Dedicated Office Service Points Of The Organizational Units Of The University Of Gdańsk, According To Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 6. Details Regarding The Guarantee Are Included In § 7 Of The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Informs That The Quantities Specified In Table 1 Estimated Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order, Point 2 Of The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Are Expected (Estimated) Quantities, Not Binding On The Ordering Party And May Be Changed, Which Will Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract. The Actual Quantities Of Purchased Equipment Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, And The Contractors Total Gross Remuneration Will Not Exceed The Total Offer Price. 8. The Ordering Party Informs That During The Implementation Of The Contract There May Be Orders That Will Be Paid For From Eu, Foreign And Domestic Projects - The List Of Projects Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 9. In The Case Of Orders Paid For From Eu And Foreign Projects, As Well As Domestic Or Other Projects Obtained By The Ordering Party After The Date Of Signing This Agreement, The Requirement Of Promotional Obligations Rests With The Organizational Unit Of The University Of Gdańsk Placing The Order.
